Users will be notified of any such developments through the Website. All interactions and transactions are conducted via our Websites or directly with our representatives.

6.1

All payments for services rendered must be made in advance as per the pricing and terms agreed upon during the service initiation.

6.2 No Refund Policy

Once a payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable, irrespective of circumstances. However, in extraordinary situations, such as proven cases of fraud or technical errors attributable to the Company, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the Company. As such, we cannot guarantee the disbursal of your loan/credit, even if you meet all the necessary requirements.
